hibsjo(SCO) Posted November 9, 2006 Report Share Posted November 9, 2006 Danny just a thought We had/have a problem with Instacode on our shop comps because service pack 2 was installed there is a conflict that wont allow our comp key cutter to work, Instacode cant find any reason why it wont work, but put it on our old 98 windows comp no problem. thoughts Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I am starting to think they are working the software problems out on there customers....... Starting to think I have made a BIG mistake with this machine......... Danny King Posted November 10, 2006 Author Report Share Posted November 10, 2006 Yes got a call from the boss at 4'oclock, He did appolagise for not getting back to me sooner... I told him the problems I had with the machine since day one, he hadn't heard of any problems with my machine said he would speak to the Tech department. The next call I got was the tech department with the problem solved. Funny how they worked the problem out pretty quick after a call from him!!! It is a shame you have to shout and scream to get the answers you want...
