i have no idea what's up with our orion rigel at the moment.

we have to reset it at least once a week as it keeps either cutting too deep or not deep enough

we've checked and doulble checked everything but there's gotta be summat going loose somewhere.

 

any ideas anyone?

rigel orion fella, about two and a half years old.

Ive got the one with four jaws, is the tracer secure ie f you are having to tighten every week there could be excessive wear and tear on the screws holding it all together.

check carriage is also secure

failing that give Craig Jordan a phone at CB he will know.
