Milla.CO.UK key Depth & Space

Recommended Posts

Howdy Folks,

Have a customer with a profile lock, on head of key is,

Milla.CO.UK,

BS EN 1303:2015

GRADE 6

16000C60

On profile cylinder is AR09D

...............................................................................

It is a Yale key profile,

I am in need of the proper depth and space for this system as

Depth & Space does not match anything I have found here in the US so far,

Please see attached photos,

Apologizes but am having a hard time with this one,

My measurements to the  best of my ability are in inches but I can convert metric if needed,

It appears the cut starting from shoulder to center of first cut is about .210,

It appears the center to center spacing for the cuts is about .130,

Depths from bow to tip  appear to be .185, .225,.300, .245, .300, .285,

...Neither factory key measures the same...

Thank You for looking, any help much appreciated,

Thank You Growster for the IC1910, It is close to what I have, I will do some experimenting for consistency with my blanks,

Thank You Count Muppet, After using a good magnifier, 2 keys appear to be punched or at least smooth cuts and are very close jn S&D to each other, the 3ed key is definitely a copy as cuts are a little high and has striations across the blade edge and you can see where the pins have gouged into the striations a bit,

Not often I come across Profile Cylinders out here, hoping this will work in the Folding House door I posted about previously as I can make key copies for it and if need be I can probably rekey it if needed, if I can get the retainer clip off and reuse it, as is not something I can do with the overseas horizontal keyway dimple keys cylinders which I ordered in case the  above does not work,

Enough rambling from me,

Thank You For Looking and Your Help,
