Ls900 using time

On the gravograph LS 900. What does the number opposite the using time mean exactly? Thanks

I am asking what the number next to the words using time when you press the x button eg,

Using time  1000

What is the 1000? Laser hours used, laser hours left or what ? That is what I am asking. Whoever knows about this will know what I am asking.

using time is hours the laser has worked

My machine says using time 347 so it's had low usage then. I was worried it meant it's on its way out.
