Is it 3ph or 1ph? How many motors did you add to get to 6.5? The fuse rating is not to do with the balanced load which is on the motor plates it is more to do with starting current, if you put an amp meter on a motor when it starts it will spike over 10amp. Having said that if it is 3ph (the 6.5 suggests that) then a 20 amp would suffice. However you mention consumer unit which suggests domestic and 1ph in which case you have not added up all the motors to get to 6.5, the scouring motor alone is that.

Thank you for possting some information

i have found the information tag, the machine is a 700C-156-2

Below is the wireing diagram and a picture if the wireing in the switch.

But ias you see the wireing on the machine does not make sence, the wireing for the Knorm keg is not even attached, so i am not sure how to wire the Knorm Keys wires into the switch

OK we have to stop there, that wiring diagram is for a very special machine running 3phase motors from a 1phase supply through an internal convertor and that is why a 30 amp supply is required. If indeed that is for your machine they are a nightmare if they do not work - the one I have worked on in the past we dumped the whole wiring system and started afresh with a new invertor, very expensive answer. Your best hope is it just works without an issue, sorry.
