exp121260
Need to make 2 keys for this small lock, any ideas if any pre cut keys available or what blank to order. It seems very small and even g10 pipe key is too big for it.
Trev
You haven't provided anything for scale! If an 11 gauge pipe key will fit Davenport Burgess have a selection of different options: L379, L380, L382, L384, L388, L390. exp121260

grahamparker
Looks more like a 7 or 8 guage to me. Ideally you need a wegde blank for the lock to work smoother. Very basic internals to these. Measue the pin Diameter Riz with a vernier caliper then you can find the nearest blank that will fit over the pin. Shorten the blade just enough to enter the lock and work from there. Blacking the blade with a match or lighter will mark resistance points that you will need to file.
