How would I go about repairing a platform boot in this condition?

Remove sole unit, unlast upper , remove mock welt, remove insole, repair split upper with new back panel, both shoes, rebuild shoes.Will look different from the back but should be acceptable.

as flash says above , new panel not really need if you can patch it ,however my main concern would be is that a platform boot or is a boot with an orthotic raise on it ,if the later you woul have to know the size of said raise to begin with plus if you have the pair there then can could help in measurements

I didn't consider it could be an orthotic raise, I assumed it was just a fashion boot with a solid platform.

the only reason am guessing it could be a raise is that looks very much like md micro , i would expect a platform boot would be a moulded sole construction
