Fairly certain that it's LF12 - especially if the code is between 001-200, (sometimes prefixed with E, N, N***M). Code cutting can be found in Instacode under THULE.  Also, double digit numbers which are, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, 21, 23, 25, 27 - these can't be cut to code, as far as I know,  but I have these if you need copies.

There is a separate series that uses Silca EU5R, codes between 25001 - 27000 but it's pretty rare in my experience.
