Mike at Vauxhall
Cut a key , very straight forward for a customer. He rang me and said it doesn't work, and neither does the original now. He says that's down to me, I reckon it's just not the right key for the lock. As I obviously haven't changed the original at all. He on his way to have a go at me. grahamparker
Tell him to lubricate the lock first as sometimes a pin can lift and stick especially after a new cut key has been made. What make of lock was it and what blank did you use. kobblers and Mike at Vauxhall

Mike at Vauxhall
Little 10 min crisis over. He walked into my shop, I thought" Oh, shit, here we, go!". He immediately apologized (profusely), apparently he gave me the wrong key to cut.
