Try Keyprint or more likely Access 2 in Newcastle.

Thanks Graham, Customer has been to Timpsons and they told him £35 each and it takes 2 weeks from order date, is the above companies you mentioned have slimier lead-time or they have next day or couple of days lead time? any idea?

If it’s available from Keyprint then a couple of days max. If it’s access 2 then about the same time frame but a lot more expensive and don’t forget the carriage charge when asking how much.

We always refer customers to Access 2, contact name Kie, and the phone number is 01912150530.

That's a restricted key I believe. The TP6799 is the suite number, Access 2 should then point the requester in the direction of the stockist who supplied the lock. I tried to change our Tigris Premier Suite supplier in my last place and apparently you're stuck with whoever set the system up. The theory being the keys can only be supplied to the authorized person at the organisation its assigned too. Typically a school or business.

Thanks all, ordered it online through Tigris website and received it next day by DPD courier. I had to email the "letter of authority" to ACCESS2 provided by the customer ( business). The key price was high "double digits" (including £9 delivery charge) but customer did not mind paying as they needed the key urgently. 

So, if anyone interested in the future, register on Tigris website @ http://www.tigriskeys.com/

order your key and then email the "letter of authority" explained on their website to enquiries@tigriskeys.com .

give them a call for assurance and you get your key next day or 3-4 days if no next day service selected or needed.
