keysinthecity
Any tips on this one? We've tried a few keys which would probably fit the lock despite the profile not being perfect but the problem we're having is that there isn't enough "meat" on the original key to grip it in the vice properly. It just slides about. We've tried gripping it on both sides of the vice. It's a combination of very thin and very narrow. Thanks all.

I can probably bodge cutting a successful key once I can get hold of the right blank. Seems to be a Japanese key.
