Simes
We have up until now been sub-contracting our patching. Where is the best place to get all the tools, accessories and materials needed to get going with this ourselves. I reckon we're going to need: Threads Eyelets plus hand press & dies for setting Various rivets patching leather in various colours and thicknesses hand tools back linings etc, etc. Interested in your views on various patching machines too. Paul_
All the usual suspect (Birch, Healys, Colledges) for threads and some bits and bobs. There are more specialised suppliers if needed like Abby Saddlery, college sewing. I also supply a few odds and sods from my contacts in Europe. I will post you a catalogue. Thanks Paul
Michael
I'm not a big ebay fan but I've just started getting tubular rivets with tools, pop studs with tools and eyelets with tools from there. Much wider range of colours and sizes and you don't have to buy bags of 100 or 1000 if you don't think you'll use them.
