Irontoe
I have a stack of jobs waiting to be done, I've gone to switch on my engraving machine only to find that the latest Windows 8.1 software update doesn't seem to be compatable with the Gravograph software. The machine switches on and the software loads but they can't seem to find each other. There isn't any connection between the two. I've checked all of the physical connections and they are all ok. Can anyone save me from a good few hours of tearing my hair out? I suspect that this will mean a call to gravograph on Monday morning. I'll be told the usual 'Sorry, the man you need to speak to is; on holiday/day off/in a meeting/on tea break/ on lunch/ out of the office/ on a call / doing his hair (delete as applicable). I'll be promised that he'll ring back as soon as he's free which going by past experience he won't. If I ever meet Bill Gates I'm going to punch him in the mouth. The sooner gravograph do software for Mac the better.
grahamparker
Windows 8 is shocking. Windows 7 isn't much better. XP has been the most stable platform for most of my software and drivers.
petercoulson
I dont know a great deal but my memory says something about a printer driver for the gravo machine, perhaps it needs reloading?
