derek
good luck if the 2nd shop opens up, the rate of pay will depend on the experience the new employee will have, plus their customer skills. you will also need to see what the rate of pay around your area is. the bonus structured on profit at the end of each quarter may work, rather than weekly turnover

Tom D
remember that 2 shops can equil double the problems or double the money it all depends on the quality of the staff you employ.personaly im happy to pay one idiot a week .its the gamble you take
Mick Friend
Gosh - Finding the right person will be a nightmare - one shop and me being the outworker was a huge problem. -Never found the person that actually worked while I was out judging by the papers, the milk cartons, biscuits and the CCTV - stock and cash rarely balanced. Good luck but a huge leap of faith
autolock
It never worked out for me having 2 shops but that could have had something to do with my bad management skills, there are plenty out there who do very well out of having many shops.a person I know has about 10 shops and told me a lot fail by not working in the shops themselves,he does a day in each but not the same days so has a good feel as to what's going on. ,best of luck
