Gray
Looking at a picture of it.......Stick 2 blank keys in and adjust the tracer on the left hand side so the blade is just touching the copy key.
wahfanku
Thats the problem mate I cant get the tracer to adjust in or out, there is 2/3 grub screws but even when I loosen them all I cant seem to get it to adjust in / out !!
Gray
You must be missing something. Is there nothing at the back of the tracer?
grahamparker
Is there a thread or nut/bolt behind that winds the tracer in or out ??. Should be really easy to adjust any key machines depth, if the tracer won't move then try gently tapping the surrounding area as it may just be jammed up. Gray
It looks like from graham's exploded view there may be a screw at 90 degrees from the tracer. It may need to be moved
