Lee
you can regenerate the keys in some instances. I have instructions here for it, but have never needed to do it. If you have the key until Monday I can also get some tech support from keyline direct, but it will help if we know which year the van is.
Lee
I asked keyline tech about this & got this reply. "About the problem reported on the below email, may I have the email contact of this customer? I would need to get more info in order to solve the problem asap Thank you very much" Can I forward them your Email? Lee

grahamparker
Intermittent non starting Renault keys are not strange at all. Get them all the time.
Lee
I know with renault on some you have to do a different sequence when programming ID46 or the ecu locks, which according to the keyline instruction manual requires the battery to be disconnected for 20 minutes. but I've heard others say leave the vehicle alone for 30 minutes & it will be fine.... hopefully thats what happened!
