Lee
Friday afternoon I had a long standing customer walk through my door asking for a brass plaque to put on a house he'd built for his Mum & Dad, he then asked if it could be done ASAP as his Dad was suffering the late stages of Cancer & they where trying to get the house finished for him as a matter of urgency & I got the sense from his body language & manner this was Urgent! (He also asked several times how long it would be) I calmly took the order & he left the shop....... The order was too big for my is200, so I PM'd Dean at the engraving Company (Forum Sponsors) & then gave him a nudge in the chatroom to pick up the PM which he did. I also explained the ASAP & that was that. "that" was Friday AFTERNOON! the plaque arrived today! I phoned the customer & its been collected already. (although the choice of putting it in a recycled wiggle.co.uk envelope I know was a tease from Dean, that worked because the first thing I thought was "wiggle don't usually use special delivery" & then "hold on I haven't ordered anything from them") Thank you Dean, I know you've always been pretty sharp when it comes to getting a job done, but the service on this order was exemplary.
