When lock eventually arrived it was a key in handle as fitted to many exterior plant room doors and also on these storage boxes at newsagents. Anway thanks for your help regards Chris.L Agreed, i only impression when there is no way of stripping a lock down as it makes the job a lot simpler when the lock is apart.
