StevenB
Can anybody supply, or advise where I might be able to get, an extra long key for a Legge K457 lock (differ A1). The required dimensions are as below. Thanks.

Lee
Ok Steven I've done the best I can with this.. BUT I didn't quite get the head inline with the flag, so it will take a bit of jiggery pokery when cutting. This then lead me to a second school of thought. If for any reason it don't work, ask if you can have the lock to cut it. cut on your normal rim key & get working, Then send me the two blanks & do the welding after we know the key works! As mentioned it might be a couple of days before you get it. Lee
StevenB
Wow! Why didn't I just get you to do this last February? It's becoming increasingly hard to remember a time before the forum existed, and things like this just go to show what a remarkable resource it is for all us folks that work on our own. Long live the Forum. Oh, and Lee for King of the People's Republic of Shoe Repairers...
Lee
I am here because I believe that together we build a stronger trade. Helping each other, building relationships & solving problems as a team means our industry never needs to say no to our customers. What goes around comes around Steven, thanks for all your proof reading over the last few months. Often with things like this it can take a couple of attempts to get it right, so if you have trouble your end don't be afraid to ask me to do it again. I also owe you a favor for the watch!
