Fire risk assessment

Would somebody like to post their fire risk assessment as a template/guideline.

I don't really understand what is required.

Are rubber soles combustable and a fire risk?

My Fire Risk assessment was taken from examples on the Health & Safety Executive web site, but has never been checked by anyone "official" but I always feel its better to have something in place than nothing at all!

 

Anyway I've edited the dates on it & blanked out the company name so you can out your own at the top, job done.

just because I'm in a "Normal" & not "over weight" mood (I wonder if I can say that when I look back at this topic in 12 months time!) here my "Risk Assessment" which you should also have! Again I can't vouch for its correctness, but at least you don't have to pay a trade association to get it!
