ANDY
Get yourself some brass plumbing rings to mess about on
StevenB
The childs handwriting thing sounds to me like the ring might be moving a little as you engrave it. Reduce the diamond pressure or grip the ring tighter, but not too tight as you'll distort it! As Andy says, plumbers olives are the bizz to practice on! StevenB
You could always give the rep a call. I presume if you spent good money with them, they'd be prepared to offer a little after sales support?
