Keys & Remotes - extras!

Thinking of getting an MVP. But read of many accessories

How often do you use Battery Support or external power in case the battery goes flat?

I see many extra cables are available including one with Aux Power & ones for older non standard fittings, which are must haves & which aren't needed until they are needed!

Since you didn't add to the topic & managed to get yet another shameless plug in on the site, you'd better be considering a pretty good deal to get my cash Pete!

Give ME a call when you think you have a deal worth paying for!

to start stick with the standard odb cable it will do about 99% of the jobs if you are just doing additional keys to start with.

As said, you will rarely (if ever) need any of the additional cables.... especially on spare key jobs.

A good powerpack is pretty much a must, though.

yes a good quality boost pack is a must but it is only as good as the owner and you need to get into the habbit of charging it once a week to make sure their is always power in it when you need it mainly used on fords that take ages especialy old transits with poor batterys.

As already mentioned Lee, the standard 16 pin obd cable is the one you will use most of the time.

But if you are going to do it then do it properly and get the majority of cables available, otherwise you will

probably need a different cable on one of your initial jobs.
