Growster
I keep on thinking, that the kilos of swarf we've collected over the years hold some form of value. But I have never yet found an opportunity to sell the swarf, or even someone to take it away for free. Any ideas from other swarf-hoarders? Dean
i Have been a secret swarf hoarder for years...My method is to fill my pockets full of the stuff and channel it down my trouser leg via a strategically placed tube that leads to an underground container in the cellar. Dean
That sounds like a really cool idea Gavin! I'll bear it in mind for future reference!! In response to your Swarf query, I once came into possession of a special magnetized glove, handed-down (excuse the pun) to me by my late, Great-Grandfather. I use this as my prime method for distributing the steel from the brass. I Hope this helps. For any other General Swarf Queries I strongly recommend "How I Made Mega Money" by S.Teale

keithm
I used to have a customer in one of my shops who had daughters with asmatic problems. A doctor told her that placing copper filings on the garage roof outside their bedroom window, would help kill of the moss growing there. It worked \:D/ she used to come in once a month and collect all the swarf i had and sprinkle on her garage roof! Keith
