are any of you guys experiencing problems with this unit?

we have tried recently to copy two different keys one a nissan on a id60 and a toyota on a id 67

both times it reads chip through internet then when it writes it reads "no valid connection"

Kim tells me its a software problem Greggs quite happy to replace unit but it doesnt get to the bottom of the problem so is it a rogue unit? or is it happening elsewhere and it is just me?

The realy funny thing is the nissan came back in and programmed no problem!

carry on!
