Michael
I know this topic has been locked before, but thinks look like they have progressed. I'm currently paying £55 per month for full on site warranty on my Mastergrave Universal. Now they're not using these machines anymore,(they're using Roland) is it worth carrying on paying this if I'm not gonna get any warranty.Mastergrave have said they'll do there best to help. I've seen that Mark Chadwick has left them and gone to U-Marq,he was who I always dealt with if I had any problems.I have e-mailed U-Marq as my machine has started to be a bit tempremental but as yet haven't heard back(3 or 4 days). If anyones got any info....thanks I am very tempted to switch to a Gravograph machine, but after spending in the region of 10k on my shop refit I dont wanna spending another 20k on a new machine until I really have to. Anyone got any videos of there is400 volume in action. This is THE model to have by the looks of things and will bring the engraving side of my business on in leaps and bounds, but I,m a little worried about the size...It looks HUGE!!!! windycity
how long have you been engraving and how old is your machine, i'd be a bit pissed if my engraver was tempremental as i thought only old outsole stitchers were tempremental..
Michael
My machine is nearly 4 years old but only just this last week not returning to top left when you press "home".Sometimes stops at different places but does go back if you keep pressing "home".Could be a dodgy switch I suppose.Nothing major, only niggling me. I also think I'm trying to talk myself into an IS400 even though I can't afford it yet!!!!!!

He's a good egg is Matt. Kev
Michel
Hi Michael You can see a video of the IS400Volume on our website at http://www.gravograph.com/uk/Engraving% ... Volume.php (click on the Windows Media Video on the right handside). The Volume is indeed a fairly large machine but if you have one square meter of available floor space you are fine! The good news is that you do not have to spend £20k to get a Volume as we will be selling our demonstration models next week. And we always consider part-exchanging machines from any manufacturer... If you are in Suffolk speak to your Gravo rep Bill Taylor on 07976 248 794. Hope this helps. Michel
