yes agree, except in the past i have ordered off them and they have sent wrong key - only they (cb) have marked it and used there correct code but wrong blank! this has happened so many times now that i only use them for easy stuff

Most of Birches key blanks are now bagged - with details printed on the bag - to aid the Warehouse operative to pick the correct key on your order. This should eradicate mistakes like above, as keys are not loose anymore.

 

Sam were your problems with these bags?

 

Although i'm not an expert in this area, I've seen 'em being bagged and picked - seems a simple system. Although don't take my words for gospel...

I can honestly say this problem has only happened with just one hook number, not sure what one it is now but when I used to order a certain cylinder key I always used get a Rolls Royce blank

 

Problem solved when I updated the backgrounds though. Always had good sevice.

 

Anyway back on topic - Well done CB.

Catalogue on disc is a nice touch. Would have been nice to have an alternative brand chart (as in HD catalogue) included as well...
