Guest shoemonkey
Hello! Do you know if there is a programme on the pc that I can do the same sort of thing I do on the is200? I want to design some graphics for the displays for father's day, on paper rather than using up plastic signs.

Auto Key Wizard
Bet you've never thought of doing this, Set up your designs/text in Gravostyle as normal, clamp a 3mm thick piece of material in the vice (a little larger than your engraving area) this will act as a table, now secure some heavy paper/thin card to it, Set the machining speed to medium & send the job to the IS200, Now for the clever bit, source a quality fibre tipped pen & secure this to the spindle using some PVC tape, (the pen should be at an angle & the pen tip should be close to the diamond, but a bit lower) set the 'Z' axis & press go. One IS200 drawing machine I have used this method on occasions to mail out a proof to customers to good effect

Guest shoemonkey
Thanks for all the suggestions guys. I just wanted to design my own posters for the shop window displays, but on my own pc in the same style as my engraving! I thought the "cobbler" would know as he seems to know most stuff.
