I spoke to one of the divisions of CB yesterday and he brought this post up in conversation, he told me that they read the forum and that its all tacken on board .

 

If I could read a forum of what my customer thought I could do better it would save me tens of thousands in lost sales I have no doubt. and allow me to improve areas of it that I didnt no neaded fixing, I am active in over 6 markets and im sure a miss tons of stuff that i have no way off testing.

I have last night sponsored a forum in scotland just to see what my customers think i should be doing better
