Hugh-Candoit (ENG)
Advice for ordering spares from "anywhere" 1. Record the event in a diary, Date, Time, order details. 2. Get the name of the person who took your order. 3. Ask if the items are in stock. 4. Get an estimated delivery date. If said items do not arrive on specified date ring and ask why, dont leave it for over a week. If items still do not arrive, write to the Managing Director with your complaint and detail each transaction with names and times. All the complaits you have listed could be classed as hearsay with no foundation other than to discredit a company. I too had problems but took the correct path to obtain my spares. A Personal Message to Keith should also have solved your problem rather quickly. Perhaps you would like to review your posting and reword it in the interests of good communications. Lee
All members please note! The forum is not the place to make direct complaints to ANY company in way as to try to discredit them, sure have a moan but not about specifics ! All that will happen long term is it will bring down the positive aspects of the forum and eventually segregate the concept of every one wholesalers & retailers being able to communicate freely. Wholesalers who have joined already are freely contactable through either PM’s or Emails which is a move in the right direction and another positive of joining the forum for companies. Please use these direct methods when account complaints are to be made. Please also note RULE E Here Lee
hibsjo(SCO)
Surely the question that needs answering is how long are you prepared to let something drag on? If I need something from a supplier and dont get it they know about it next day and I would expect it the following day. So it boils down to how desperate are you for the article "needed" ps how long does it take to get an rw3 (thats paid for)

Guest blank
sorry, - i should have refrained from saying there name! just thought that putting it on OUR forum, which after all is 4 us.., moans gripes and all. judging by hibs comments quote - "If I need something from a supplier and dont get it they know about it next day and I would expect it the following day. So it boils down to how desperate are you for the article "needed" If I need something from a supplier and dont get it they know about it next day and I would expect it the following day. i am obviously way too soft! but in the early days all i got was they could'nt identify the machine! this went on and on (i bought it from them) we had to by passed the switch using the main plug as an off/on poor suppliers should get a hammering on this forum and then they would'nt do this again, even if they are paying you for an advert,

Lee
Sure a supplier may buck up their ideas if they begun to feel the mood about them was one of dissatisfaction, but please remember to keep the forum upbeat or the forum itself will rapidly go down hill in both quality of posts and ultimately visitors or users. poor suppliers should get a hammering on this forum and then they would'nt do this again, even if they are paying you for an advert, Please note that to date, ALL of the banners are for SPONSORSHIP of the forum to pay for the running & promotion of the site, so that the site can continue. To date & for its first 3 years the site has broke even, but only just. I for one wouldn’t want to upset any of our sponsors too much. They are helping run the forum as much as you the members. Remember to that only a small hand full of companies have actually joined the forum with “company status†
