How many blanks are for the U series . I've only had one so far Keyline BRS1.

Silca BRS3R is probably the best copy blank for the U series and very reasonably priced from Aldridge's

Not sure of other alternative codes

Are there more than one profile under this series then ?  & this covers them ?

I'm not really the best person to ask this question to, I don't know mate.

But we tackle Ultions the following way, hope this helps some people out.

Any that have a number starting with X plus the WXM logo on the key head we cut on a HD X or on a JMA TX-17 

Any that have a number starting with X but does not have the WXM logo on the original key we cut on a HD X7 or JMA TX-22

Any that have a number starting with U we cut on Silca BRS3R or Keyline BRS1

Any that have a number starting A00 We order in cut to code (No copy blank available yet)

Any Brisant that starts 66X we cut on Silca HGO1R

I've only been doing them about 6-7 months - I bought 10 test locks. When I was learning them I got 2 keys stuck in the test locks but this was when we were trying to do them manually on the Mustang, sorry I cant recall which series it was that got stuck.

After this I then created a card on the ninja for each profile using Jaw C30 and cutter V039 - After doing this and using the above blanks we have cut over 250 keys in the last 6 months we only ever had 1 key back which we tryed 3 times and could not get right - I think it was a U series key but cannot recall which one, but it did not get stuck. But if this continues I can live with 1 failure every 250 keys

Thanks Mrkeys, most useful guide. Got the relevant cutters for the futura but have access to the ninja too. Might have to spend a bit more time on the ninja as it’s gathering dust, every time the profiles change we either need to wait weeks to get cards unlocked or buy a new cutter / jig.
