Ewanda
Hello. I received railings from the Czech company HAKR without keys. Usually, the same keys are used as in THULE, but here the number on the lock is P 1001. What key can be used and what card should be used to cut it? HowardK
https://www.hakrbrno.com/ I am assuming 5 wafers plus a retainer wafer, does the Thule ( LF12 ) blank slide in ? also try EU5R blank, if not, pick if needed, remove plug, slide various blanks in till something fits or can be modified to fit and then hand file to fit wafers, There are various brands that use the Thule( LF12 ) blank and use a 4 digit code on the lock & key head, same or similar PDF showing plug being inserted with retainer wafer facing down, so open, disassemble and depress retainer in rear I would think and or on a lot of Thule / Yakima plugs you can cut the shoulders back on the key and it acts as removal key, LF12 appears to be correct blank form what i see in the videos, https://www.hakrbrno.com/ke-stazeni/?action=download&did=36 https://www.youtube.com/@asnhakrbrnos.r.o.7985/videos Unlock it and the face comes off and you can depress the retainer from the rear, se at 1:12 minutes, and
HowardK
once I found the videos, all I needed to say was pick to unlock, remove cover, depress retainer from rear, remove & fit key by hand I would bet my Thule tryout key set will work without disassembly, assuming it uses the LF12 Thule key way, in 2ed video at 2:40 see back of cover plate and notice rear of lock plug and you will find the retainer there to depress and remove the plug, ***keep a pick in the key way so the wafers do not fly out as you remove the plug***

Ewanda
If I had railings in my workshop, I could easily make a new key. The problem is that the railings are far from me, and I wanted to make duplicate keys by the number that are on the lock. HAKR locks have their own database of key cuts and I cannot cut them by code. HowardK
Apologizes as you had typed: ..."I received railings..." I was under the assumption you had them in hand, I wonder if it would be the same as WD1001 = cuts 10121
