Bren
Is there a new version of these? Just had an Asec2 back that isn't working in a new lock. Customer key same profile (goes in lock) but looks slightly different at the shoulder

My customer said key went in but i have a feeling its not gone in far enough due to the difference at shoulder on the asec2 blank. grahamparker
The shoulder will need cutting to match the original key, it is usually down to the Security Escutcheons fitted in the handles pull plates that are stopping the key entering fully. Had one myself earlier this week.
