Hi, i bought a smart pro in USA to use in Nicaragua… it was an older model so i had to update software version because wifi option wasnt working… it asked me to download AD loader, i did and when i tried to sync computer with smart pro, it says that im not allowed to use the tester in my country, so i had to get a vpn to sync them, version updated, all good to go… tried to use wifi in the device, still not working and now it tells me country locked… i want to try and change the region or change the user which is still previous owner, i want to try and change the user and edit the region, but i cant seem to find no information about it, anyone knows that could help me? I spent a lot of money on it and im kind of panicking now…

You will need to get in contact with Advanced Diagnostics and talk to them about it. There isn't really a way around this wth tools connected to the internet. Hopefully you haven't wasted your money.
