Copying Kaba 20 with the Triax

I would normally prefer to order these from Kaba. In this case we can't.

Our Triax R4 jaw doesn't seem to tilt enough to read the original. The red knob for tightening the blank in the clamp is in the way. Should we perhaps replace this with a fat grub-screw?

Yes you certainly can. Don't forget you will need 2 cutters to duplicate them though a 103 and a 128 I have the 103 but not the 128.

My tilting Jaw only has the grub screw fixing for this reason.

Just to add when I last Spoke to Lee at Silca about duplicating these he did say they can be very problematic.
