Motor cycle box

Hi does anyone know if the no. Kc56 on a box lock off a Honda has any relevance to the key I've got one needing a key made to the lock thanks in advance for any info

Nothing in Instacode, not under KC56, KCS6, but loads under K056.

 

...no harm meant, just in case you had 'yer glasses off.

Honda original to bike,

 

Or aftermarket  brand,

 

Many Honda motorcycle key codes are the last 3,

 

some vintage being 3 digits,

 

or much more commonly, a letter and 2 digits,

 

try C56 and you come up with several Honda motorcycle models, and 3 different blanks,

 

many luggage / pannier boxes were keyed to match bike or sold as sets keyed alike but different from the bike, but using Honda motorcycle keys and codes,,
