Cutting to Code. What machine would you recommend.

Hi all,

I've been cutting keys for around 2 years now (just basic cylinder & lever keys) and would like to expand what I am able to cut.

I would like to be able to cut keys to code but find the choice staggering.

The types of keys I would like to cut are just basic cylinder keys (single and double profile) and possibly laser cut as well (but not essential)

Can anyone recommend a machine that does not cost the earth that would do the job.

It could be manual or computerized.

All suggestions gratefully received.

Get a blitz and educate yourself.

Blitz machines are great and cheaper - Use Instacode and you have a Full Cylinder set up . 

 

A9P Miracle is great entry machine to computer code cutting - really I say entry in loose terms, the main thing it does loads of types of keys just never going to be as fast as say a Silca Unocode, 

 

Silca Futura is also worth a look at .
