Mike at Vauxhall
Two days ago a customer came in. We discussed suede protector. He said he had brought some from another shop that had a faulty aerosol and leaked badly. I sympathized and he bought some protector. The next day he came saying I had sold him the original protector wanting a refund. He proudly showed me the protector lid with my price ticket on it. ( Most probably the lid from the one I had sold him the day before.) I gave him a refund. Just not worth the hassle over such a small amount. StevenB
Did you get back the 'faulty' one? I'd have insisted on this, at the very least, if I was to give a refund.

x minit uk
Without a receipt you could of given him a credit note for the value of the item.
