Growster
The JO series was one of the few safe key series that were available to code. When I last asked Yale for some, they wouldn't sell them to the trade anymore, but instead give them to the general public for free. Such unhelpful munificence made it hard to make money. Would anyone know if that is still so?
grahamparker
Stopped stocking all yale, union and chubb products years ago when the borg (assa abloy) assimilated them. They couldn't give a rats arse about customer support to us retailers so why bother with there products. I only get there products when there is no viable alternative for a direct replacement. Growster
Let me add some kerosene to this fire: When these customers then ring Yale for their free keys, they should be prepared for a way longer wait on the phone that at the Ikea or HMRC refund line.
