HowardK
Howdy Again Folks, I am looking for information on a company that makes the Bren profile locks & keys, they appear to be the supplier of lock cylinders & keys for the gate/ barrier company, Locinox, I am hoping to identify the key ways used, I presently see Bern G.C.A. on the key head, and I see by looking on line this is one on several key ways available for the Locinox gate locks, using Instacode & the Silca catalogs I cannot seem to find this others key numbers/codes are and I believe the same blank but different cuts ?? key way #1 ? - VCA, GCA,GCB, GCC, GCD key way #2- ? VSZ, GSX, GSY, GSZ key way #3- ? V33Z, G33Z I am presently most interested in the Silca blank or equivalent blank for the Bern GCA key way Thanking You In Advance
grahamparker
We have cut thousands of these as they used them on the gates surrounding the 5 multi story buildings in town. We used UL050 as we had the locks each time we cut them and they proved to be the best fit of al our stocked blanks.
HowardK
Howdy grahamparker, Thank You for the quick response, am I correct in my assumption that all the key ways are UL050 even though the codes are different ?? Again Thanking You In Advance opps, forgot to add, I am still looking for information on this Bern company/manufacturer if anyone has any information
grahamparker
Yes you are correct whatever the code is all the locks we have seen use a ulo50. I did forget to mention that you need to grind the end as the blank is a little longer than required.
