kkphuah
I have a IM4 engraver and was engraving plastic name tag and occasionally with Chinese names. I have to select Chinese font in Gravostyle Quick Click and key in the software in order to get the Chinese word shows correctly. Recently without noticing when or what happen, the Chinese font in Gravostyle Quick is gone. Anyone got any idea how I can engrave Chinese words now? Thanks for reading and trying to help FYI: Gravostyle Quick does not support true type font or windows font. The default font file is .F3S. kkphuah
Dean, Thanks for the reply. I have called my rep and they ask me to draw Chinese word as logo in coral draw and convert it to .dfx Shadowster, Thanks for reply. Gray, Thanks for the reply. StevenB, Thanks for the reply. I have reload the software but the Chinese font is still missing. After install the software on another computer with different Regional Setting, I found the solution as bellow: Option 1: Go to Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Click on "Advanced" tab > Language for non-Unicode programs > Change to Chinese (PRC)> restart computer After restart, load Gravograph Quick Click, it will prompt an Memory error, ignore it Then True Type Fonts will appear in the font selection combo box, select any ttf font and key in Chinese word and engrave Option 2: Install Microsoft Applocale Open Microsoft Applocale > Select Gravograph Quick.exe > Select Chinese language > Next until Gravograph loads and True Type Font will appear in font selection combo box for you to select select any ttf font and key in Chinese word and engrave Thanks everyone.
