busy bee
I wonder if anybody does repinning of eurocylinders? We do a little bit, but want to know if it's possible to repin, or make a thumbturn to a custom size & pattern as most of them are only made even on both sides and we want an offset one. slippy
All differs between manufactures. Grundmann(kaba) & evva dps(aldridges) both do restricted section locks which you can build yourself. intial investment works out around £2,500-£3,
grahamparker
Keyprint sell the esla ng4,pinning kit and a thumbturn kit for coverting any double to a key and turn. Aldridges sell the e.p.s and d.p.s. and most of these can be ordered if not stocked. But the only company that has every size cylinder, oval, scandinavian, screw ins and turns on the shelf are codringtons with there Ankerslot cylinders, they have only ever let me down once for an order in the last 10 years, although it is getting expensive. Abus are building up good uk stocks of pfaffenhain and these can be supplied pretty quickly. A lot of suppliers promise the earth but fail to deliver a few years after you have commited substantial ammounts of money to then find they discontinue parts or certain cylinder types or sizes in the range.
