Hugh-Candoit (ENG)
DAvies & Co Kettering used to be the trade suplier for Bandagen Units, this is a type of Rand that came about an inch up the upper and an inch under the sole unit as fitted on most hand assembled boots of worth. Dont know if they are still trading or who they supply to though. They were done in sizes but it was better to get a size smaller and stretch to fit. Gray
At a push you could use 1mm Vibram sheeting from Colledges. But i'm not sure how big the sheets are so I don't know if you would get i continuous peice out of it.
