Growster
This would lead me to Fliether & Co, Velbert. But I can't resolve the key-number. http://www.kfv.de/en/. It may be worth giving them a call.
Mick Friend
I have no knowledge of KFV making a mortice lock, so its a MPL, the do an electric lock and some of their keyways are a bit funny but again I am not aware that they have any useful code on the keys - unless of course you know different. Growster
They actually do plenty of mortice locks, just nothing particularly interesting. But I can't see any cylinders on their site. And that may indeed imply that this is the wrong trail.
