Wiltshire Cobbler
Nope, not a competition but a query. I've picked up this Mister Minit tool and have no idea what it's used for. It was picked up with other watch repair items. The red screw allows the black plate (marked in mm) to slide left and right and the metal disc with the cut outs rotates. So it appears that you select the right size 'hole' in the disc, clamp something inside and do something to it. Any ideas?
