Great download but that is way to much hassle for what you would charge i just programme a new one in the same as main dealer does. if you do have plenty of time on your hands though you could buy a second hand one off ebay replace the switch if faulty and desolder chip and solder on a new virgin chip ready for progammig so next time customer comes in you could offer a new one programmed or a refurbed one programmed craig
k4mrc
we also solder these and other remote, usually charge £25 a go, but you need as many strings to your bow as possible.,
3D Group
Just a point on repairs to cards. I get called out to 1 in 3 Lagun's that do not start. They have had the card repaired and it lasted anything upto 6 months. For us it is a total NO NO for repairs.

For us it is a total NO NO for repairs. well we have done many repair jobs to all kinds of keys - ie rover vauxhall renault etc, i think there may have been one time in many years that there was a problem, if you take your time to do the job, do it well - you wont have to await delivery of a new one whereby the custmoer saves money, but then we also then get the customer to buy a new one as this usually is there last one. thus giving the customer even better service
