Back in January, at trophex, I bought a narrow access diamond engraver from U-Marq.

How I've managed without this for all these years, I just don't know.

It enables engraving further around the radius on curves, closer to the edges of items and is generally a really useful tool.

It's exactly the same 120 degree diamond as a standard one, but with the shaft milled back to give more clearance to the diamond - see image.

Brilliant product, definately £55 well spent.

Everybody should have one of these!

Didn't know these were available Steve, but have often wondered why the taper is so shallow on these diamonds... thanks

It is brilliant, but I made one using an old diamond and grinding it down myself - had nothing to loose. Try it yourself on an old diamond see what you can now engrave with it and then buy a new one.
