robinh
Hello Timuk, Under normal circumstances we would be very happy to supply these to you and to everyone else who likes them. Unfortunately the manufacturer is unable to produce them on a regular basis ( and this applies to most Benchmark rubber products ) because of production scheduling problems caused by increased demand for other products which made in their factory. We hope that the matter will be resolved in the not too distant future and assure you that we are doing our best to maintain supplies.
Auto Key Wizard
problems caused by increased demand for other products which made in their factory Squash balls come to mind, unless that was another rubber manufacturing company
robinh
I do remember one rubber company making squash balls but I think it was either Phillips or I.T.S. . In this case the problem appears to be that the rubber company is closely connected with the car manufacturing industry. I believe that their business has suffered during the past twelve months when the car makers cut production at all UK plants. They have now gone back to normal levels of car making but this has placed "unexpected" demands on parts manufacturers, not only on our rubber company but on many other types of manufacturer. When big players like Honda -Toyota - Nissan etc are calling the shots it means that other customers may have to take a back seat. Due to the fact that there are few if any rubber manufacturers with the capability to do relatively small runs economically in the UK it means that delivery shortages are commonplace as the opportunity to buy elsewhere in the UK is strictly limited. Our policy has always been to support UK manufacturers as much as possible but that ideaology now seems to have been unfortunately misguided.
