alxfer
Have now had a key (which I asked to get identified way back in August) come back in. It is a Fab key with CC73 stamped on it. Need 2 Masters and several servants for my customer. The post back last year had SKS User saying that Instacode had a new update for codes. Can anyone supply these keys. I have an authorising letter from the owners of the building.
SKS_User
The CC series I was likely talking about is found on WSS lockers, with the locks being manufactured by Ronis. I don't think these are the ones you're refering to.
Guest Cjm
Yeah, the only CC series I am aware of is the Ronis one. We do have a Ronis CC master blank RO70, our stock code H0683.
Mick Friend
You will have to find the importer/supplier the code is one stamped on when the suite was made its not likely to be on any code programme. if its on the master key that is likely to be the suite reference and each of the servent cylinder/keys will have another unique reference. FAB seems to be owned by assa abloy so good luck with that. Your customer should know who sold/serviced the suite - may be an avenue but the original supplier is very unlikely to help you, I wouldn't
alxfer
Yes I went down the route last year and ordered CC keys from Link Locker, but they were locker keys. The customer is trying to contact the builder of the clubhouse, to find out where he got the keys from, so it looks like the ball is in his court. Thanks for your inputs guys
Mick Friend
I put FAb into google and got the assa abloy link - but is was a chek site (how do you spell that) may be worth logging on and asking the who distributes in the UK, I would think AA would be a total loss, cant even deliver working locks these days
Guest Irishcobbler
Yes FAB is a Czech brand of AA and is widely used. I think JMA manufacture FAB blanks if anyone has a JMA brochure
damen.rudi
Hello, FAB is the former supplier of Skoda, so it's Tjechisch. You can also find the FAB keyblanks in the Silca book. We got a wholesaler in our neighbourhood who is in a german group and we get more and more of these keys.
Growster
FAB security keys can be obtained via Profile Hardware.
Guest Cjm
Some of these doors come in from the Czech Republic complete with handles and hinges etc already fitted. So it may be best advising customers to change the lock.
