Been in the UK for a long time Souber makes them. It clamps in the vice and holds the euro or oval cylinder once you have turned the plug 180 then you can slip the plug out - if used correctly will stop the springs going spring and the pins going ping. If you a clumbsy clutz its a good tool, really experiance locksmiths like me dont need one,

 

 

I look on the floor with my maginfying lens then - I just use new pins and springs #-o #-o #-o #-o

Sorry but I think you're on the wrong way. It's not an item to put cylinders together but to check if a key can match.

Sorry Mick Friend look a little bit further to the Keychecker and you'll see it not for clumsy people.

SKS stock them, Amazon get them in and direct from the printer Authors on line
