Auto Key Wizard
If this is using TOY43P or TOY38RP The door & boot lock has all the cuts & easier to strip, Key code possibly found on door lock. On the TOY38RP wafers can be read via door lock drain hole.

Mark Davis
Most Toyota ignitons i've seen need to come out the front, stand lock up right face cap down, remove rivets, prise face cap off. the face cap normally hooks over the top as well, this is a bonus as after you've bent it getting it off it will help it stay on after you have made your key. barrell will come out the front, ( you may need to manipulate the wafers to get it out)
